Through collaboration between GCVF, Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF), county agencies, and community partners, Juan received personalized case management and housing navigation support. During his stay with GCVF from August through September, those partnerships helped connect him with housing at Ventura Springs. Juan is now settled into his new home in Ventura County, with an opportunity to move forward and build long-term stability.
His journey is a powerful reminder that helping veterans find housing takes teamwork, compassion, and a community that refuses to give up on those who served. We’re proud to work alongside our partners to help veterans navigate difficult transitions and find a path toward stability.
