At Gold Coast Veterans Foundation, we believe that every veteran deserves more than just shelter, they deserve dignity, stability, and a renewed sense of self.

Eric, a local veteran, spent two years living in his car before connecting with our outreach team. Working together with the Ventura County OneTeam, we were able to place him in transitional housing for a full year, giving him the safety and support he needed to begin rebuilding.

When permanent housing became available, we helped Eric move into a home of his own, fully furnished and stocked with food. He also became service-connected, providing him with a reliable source of income and long-term stability.

Today, Eric is thriving. In this photo, he’s enjoying one of his favorite pastimes: playing guitar in the comfort of his new home.

This success wasn’t just about finding a house, it was about restoring a life.
