Sometimes, the first step toward a new future is simply being seen. After years of homelessness, an Army veteran was ready for a change. Through a referral from the Salvation Army, he connected with GCVF and found a team willing to meet him where he was.

Through outreach, case management, housing navigation, and connections to VA and community resources, he is now safely sheltered and working toward permanent housing.
